Return Policy
We want you to love your order. If something is not right, eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear
• Returned with original tags and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund or exchange and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
For sanitary reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Bodysuits
• Underwear
• Nipple covers
• Items marked as final sale
Swimwear may be returned only if the original sanitary sticker is fully intact and the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@yesshedoes.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return
• The reason for your return
• Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email.
Return Shipping
For returns not caused by a quality issue or fulfillment error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and any shipping fees paid for upgraded shipping (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Return Timeline
After your return is approved, please provide the return tracking number within 3 business days and ship the package promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
