Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping within the US.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 2 - 3 business days to fully process your order.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7 business days, though actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to more regions in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
What if my package is marked delivered but I cannot find it?
Please check your delivery location, mailbox, front desk, household members, and neighbors first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then email us at info@yesshedoes.comso we can help review the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Some items, including bodysuits, underwear, nipple covers, and certain swimwear items, may have return restrictions for hygiene reasons. Please see our return policy for full details and exclusions.
Which items are not returnable?
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, underwear, and nipple covers are final sale and cannot be returned. Swimwear must have the original hygiene sticker fully intact to be eligible for return. Please check the product page and our return policy for details.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
If you need a different size, please email us at info@yesshedoes.comas soon as possible. Exchanges depend on item eligibility and available inventory.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@yesshedoes.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@yesshedoes.com. We’ll do our best to help before your order is fulfilled, but once it has been fulfilled, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it at checkout. Some discounts may not be combined with other promotions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size chart on each product page. We also provide model measurements and fit notes when available to help you choose the best size.
How should I care for my items?
Please refer to the care instructions on each product page. For swimwear and delicate fabrics, we recommend rinsing after wear and following the listed care instructions to help preserve the item.
Will the color look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Pre-Orders
How do pre-order or made-to-order items work?
Items marked as pre-order or made-to-order on the product page may require additional processing time before shipment. Please refer to the estimated shipping timeline shown on the product page.
What happens if my order includes both in-stock and pre-order items?
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together unless otherwise stated or arranged with our customer care team.
